1.4 Using PicCheck to verify your collections.

Fortunately programs exist that automate the process of verifying your collection from the CSV files.   These programs are a scan collector's best friend.  There are a few of these programs available.  However, I strongly endorse Picture Checker.  I think it is the easiest to use, has the most practical capabilities, and has a nice program interface.  Therefore, I explain the use of this program in depth.
